  1. The Administrator's processing of personal data is carried out solely for the purpose of providing an offer (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO) or performing a contract to the extent necessary for the performance of services provided by the Administrator (pursuant to Article 6
    (1)(b) and (c) of the RODO).

3.The recipient of the personal data indicated in point 2 (above) will be:

  1. (a) Administrator,
  2. (b) the Administrator's contractors dealing with its administrative services and billing at the Administrator,
  3. (c) the Administrator's contractors performing tasks related to the fulfillment of the purpose indicated in points 4) and 5 ) (below);
  1. (f) entities providing IT support services to the Administrator;
  2. (g) the competent tax authority.
  3. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract in terms of services provided by the Administrator.
  4. The data you provide will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose, withdraw your consent if we have processed them on the basis of so-called marketing consent, or we ourselves determine that they have become obsolete.
  5. The personal data you provide will be retained by the Administrator for the period required by law in connection with the performance of an offer or contract in the scope of services provided by the Administrator, as well as for the period necessary for the performance of accounting and tax obligations and the possible need to assert contractual claims in the scope of services provided by the Administrator.
  6. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data indicated in point 1 (above) violates the provisions of the RODO.
  8. You have the right to request information about your personal data and the entities to which it has been shared.
  9. The administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

11.Personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
