The relevant data controller is the entity that performs the specified purposes of data processing. Depending on the purposes for which your personal data are processed in the relationship with Bona Fide Development Sp. z o.o., the relevant data controller will be the specific company appointed to implement the development project. We will always inform you about which entity is the controller of your data in a particular situation and about the details of data processing at the time of data collection, e.g. in the contracts we conclude with you or in the offer request forms.

Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing
On the basis of your consent, we will process your personal data in order to present an offer concerning our products, services, for marketing purposes, to provide commercial information including advertising materials promoting our products, information about events organized by us, as well as to conduct satisfaction surveys and evaluate products and services provided by Bona Fide Development Sp. z o.o.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter "RODO").
Your personal data may be shared with, and in such case will be processed by, companies affiliated by subject or capital with Bona Fide Development Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bona Fide Development Group ") within the scope of providing and operating the systems and IT solutions used to process customer data by entities of the Bona Fide Development Group; sharing customer contact data with entities of the Bona Fide Development Group. as well as sharing customer data with companies of the Bona Fide Development Group as part of cooperation between these companies. The purpose of processing your personal data in such a case will be direct marketing of products and services of Bona Fide Development Group companies taking place via e-mail and incoming telephone calls or SMS/MMS messages, depending on which form of marketing you have agreed to. In the case of a decision to conclude a reservation agreement, a development agreement or a sales agreement, your personal data will be made available to the company from the Bona Fide Development Group with which such agreement will be concluded for the purpose of its execution on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.
Recipients of data
We will share your data with our employees related to the fulfillment of the purposes of the processing, and with IT service providers, including those dealing with the operation of IT systems, to whom we have contracted services related to the processing of personal data consisting in handling the flow of e-mail coming from you and storing your data. This entity processes data on the basis of a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions.
The Personal Data Controller may also entrust a processing entity (a third party with a capital or personal relationship with the Personal Data Controller), pursuant to Article 28 of the RODO, with personal data for processing, on the terms and for the purpose specified above. The Processor shall process the personal data entrusted to it in accordance with the Ordinance and other generally applicable laws that protect the rights of data subjects. The Processor shall apply security measures that meet the requirements of the Ordinance
Period of storage of personal data
We will keep your data until you revoke your consent, if we process it solely on the basis of your consent, or we ourselves determine that it has become obsolete.

When you visit our website, we inform you that we use cookies and other (profiling) technologies on our website in order for the website to function properly, to personalize the content and advertisements we display to you, and to analyze visitor statistics. We run profile pages on Facebook, Instagram which may involve us processing your personal data when you visit the indicated profiles, pages or interact with these profiles, pages (likes, comments, sending messages)
As users of a social network, you and we are also bound by the privacy policy and rules and regulations accepted within that social network. Data related to your activity within the social network profiles we maintain will be stored until you delete it or it is deleted by either us or the owner of the social network in question.
Your rights related to the processing of personal data
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- The right to access and receive copies of personal data.
- The right to request rectification (correction) of personal data.
- The right to request erasure of your personal data, if in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we erase it.
- The right to request restrictions on the processing of your personal data.
- The right to portability of your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable computer format. You may send the data to another controller or request that we send the data to another controller. However, we will only do this if such a transfer is technically possible. You have the right to data portability only with respect to those data that we process on the basis of a contract with you or your consent.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of those personal data that we process on the basis of your consent. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose.
Profiling
Your data will be processed by automated means (including using software to manage our customer databases), but such processing will not result in any decisions with legal, financial or other similar effects on your person. Such processing may involve, for example, creating appropriate categories of our customers and making offers to you in consideration of your individual needs.
Voluntariness of providing personal data
Providing your personal data is completely voluntary, however, failure to do so will make it impossible to send you commercial information from us.
